Your team: who may touch what

On the Team page (lower menu), give each helper exactly what they need:
- Store Manager – nearly everything, but never plugins or platform setup.
- Packing Helper – Packing Day and orders. Their login lands straight on Packing Day.
- Items Keeper – adds and edits products, and sees only the General and Inventory tabs – nothing confusing.
- Customer Care – the CRM only.
Helpers use their own normal account; their view of the store changes. Remove anyone from the team anytime – their account and history stay. (Pickup helpers at locations are a different, lighter thing – see Pickup Managers.)
