The Farm Assistant: help without waiting

In the bottom corner of your dashboard is a green Help button – your Farm Assistant. Click it and ask anything about running your store, in plain words: “How do I add a pickup location?”, “How do refunds work?”, “How do I import my orders?” It answers straight from this handbook, with clear steps.

Under the chat you have two ways to reach a real person:

• Message Gideon – for a question you’d rather ask him directly. He replies right inside your assistant – you’ll see a little dot on the Help button and a note when his answer arrives, and it stays there for a week.
• Request a change – when you’d like something adjusted on your store. Describe how you’d like it to look, and attach a screenshot so he can see exactly what you mean.

The assistant answers a set number of questions each month to keep things running smoothly – but reaching Gideon is always open and never counted. If you ever want more room, just ask him. After your first while with the store, the corner button tucks itself into Add-ons → Farm Assistant – still one click away whenever you need it.
