Sending Newsletters to Your Customers

← Help Center

U-Neac Newsletters lets you email your customers straight from your dashboard – a weekly note, a heads-up about what’s fresh, a holiday special – without signing up for a separate email service or learning a new tool.

Turning it on

Go to Add-ons and open U-Neac Newsletters. Click to turn it on. It’s $20 a month – usually three to eight times less than a standalone email service – and you can turn it off any time.

Your customer list builds itself

Every customer who orders from you is already in your list. You can also group them – for example, email only the folks who pick up at a certain location – so the right note reaches the right people.

Newsletters vs. your order emails

These are two different things, and that’s on purpose. Your order emails – the confirmation, the reminder, the “your box is packed” note – always go out no matter what. Newsletters are the friendly extras. If a customer unsubscribes from your newsletter, they still get their order emails – so no one ever misses important information about a box they’re expecting.

Sending from your own farm

You can send newsletters under your own farm’s name and email address, so they look like they come straight from you. It takes a one-time setup on your web address, and we’ll walk you through it step by step – or do it with you.

Writing your first one

Open the newsletter tool from the add-on, start a new email, write your note, and send a test to yourself first so you can see exactly what your customers will see. When it looks right, send it to your list. That’s it.

If anything feels unclear, tap the Help button and ask – or send it straight to Gideon.
