Planning driver routes

← Help Center

It ships switched off. Go to Routes → Route settings to switch it on. Every part of it — multiple vehicles, tracking, delivery photos, driver reordering, working offline — is its own switch underneath, so you can start with just the basics and add the rest when you want them.

What it does. It takes the delivery orders for a day and puts them in a sensible driving order, starting and ending where you tell it. Each driver gets their own run with the stops in order, the address, the phone number, and any note on the order.

In the van. The driver’s sheet works on a phone. Stops can be ticked off as they are done, and if you have switched it on, a driver can reorder their own stops when they know the roads better than the map does.

Pickup runs. A route does not have to be deliveries to members — it can be a run round your pickup locations, dropping off the crates for each stop.

A note on addresses. Driver sheets show the full street address, because the driver is going there. That is separate from what your website shows the public — see Keep a pickup spot’s street address private.

Still stuck? Send us a note from your store’s Wishes & Updates page (the glitch box) or reply to any of our emails - we take care of it.
