Beside every item on Packing Day sits an — actions — menu:
Out of stock (with or without a kind email) takes the item off the charge and prints a sorry note on the slip – the wording is yours to edit under Emails → Wording. Sorry, we did not have enough… asks how many you actually packed and charges only for those, with its own gentle note. Still need to get turns the row orange until you clear it – your walking-around reminder. Move item to group re-homes the product for good, every week going forward.
Group routing per location (the 📦 panel above the orders) lets one location pack a whole group inside another – everything in one box except FROZEN, for example. The screen and every print follow the rule automatically.
Small mercies that add up: printing a slip ticks its items as packed (untick anything you still owe); typing a weight ticks the box for you – weigh it, it is packed; the member’s card rides along as you scroll a long order; and the 📌 Standing note under each order’s slip note prints on that member’s slip every single week – “always double-bag” lives there now.
