Open any order that has not been charged yet – which on this platform means every order before packing day does its charge – and the item rows carry edit pencils, an ✕ to remove, and an Add item(s) button. Change what you need and Recalculate. The moment an order is actually charged, editing locks, so a charged order can never quietly drift from what the member paid.
The order page itself got calmer too: one header with the order number, the member’s name, their pickup location (with a small ✎ edit), the payment state in color, and profile links. The old clutter – date fields, the customer picker – stepped aside; order history lives in the notes column where it belongs.
