Give a helper their own access
Open Team, add a helper by their email (they need an account on your site first), then check what they may touch. Orders and Items are broken into fine pieces (Manage orders, Refund & cancel, Subscriptions, Reservations; and Add-edit items, Change prices, Inventory, Categories, Coupons), and everything else is one checkbox per area (Packing, Customers, Pickup Locations, Emails, Analytics, Design, Wishes, Help, Settings, Team). Anything unchecked is hidden from them and blocked if they try the address directly.
Everyone on your team gets a ⚙ Store Admin button on the storefront to reach the backend, and lands on the Dashboard. You can change or remove anyone’s access any time – their account and history stay. You (the owner) always see everything and can never lock yourself out.
