Visitors see Sign In in the header (it becomes My Account once they are in). Clicking it opens a popup right over the page they are reading – no page change. First-time visitors meet the application; returning folk meet the login; small buttons at the top of each switch between them.
The application shows a friendly progress bar – “6 of 8 done, almost there!” – counting every field, the signature, and the fee checkbox, with a short Common Questions list at the bottom answering why the application exists, the one-time fee, what happens after Continue, and privacy. Step one ends at Continue; the login and pickup choice wait on step two.
Inside My Account: their pickup location and address live right on the main page; Donation Methods now carries the whole money picture – saved cards, credit balance, gift-card redeem, and the check/cash/Venmo form on one page; the subscription tab is named My Subscription Order; and Downloads holds their signed application PDF. After logging in, members land back on the page they were reading, not the account page.
