Packing Day, start to finish

Packing Day shows every locked order, grouped by pickup location in your truck-loading order (set “Route order” on each location), customers A-Z inside. Each order card shows its pickup spot, and the item text is large for fast packing.

• Tick the box beside each item as it goes in the bag – ticks save themselves.
• Weight boxes – type the actual weight; the price updates instantly.
• Out of stock – tap Out of stock beside an item and it comes off that order’s charge; a kind note about it prints on the packing slip and rides along in the “packed & charged” email. You can word that note yourself under Email → Email Templates → Wording.
• Slip note – anything you type prints on that order’s packing slip (“the extra eggs are a gift from us”).
• ★ star = the customer’s first order on your website – a little extra care goes a long way.

The Print bar offers four slip styles – name stickers, bag stickers by packing group (with or without prices), and the full packing list – and remembers your favorite. Hosted pickup spots get a one-page handoff sheet for the driver.
