The Integrations card (off until you want it) opens two doors:
- Webhooks – paste a Zapier “Catch Hook” address beside the moments you care about (order charged is the bookkeeping one) and Zapier can carry your orders into QuickBooks, Google Sheets, anywhere.
- Accounting export – a Monday email with last week’s charged orders as a clean CSV (or download any period on demand), shaped for QuickBooks/FreshBooks import.
A live two-way QuickBooks connection is possible as a custom setup – ask us. For most farms the export does the same job with less to break.
