- Helpers can moderate — Give them only the powers you choose.
- Members-only or public — And you can limit posting to people who have ordered.

No. Contact details are blocked in posts, and private messages are passed along by email.
Is it moderated?
Yes. Posts and comments wait for approval by default, and you can give trusted helpers moderating powers.
Is it public?
Members-only by default. You can make it public if you would like.
