Automations

The emails that send themselves

Every routine message, sent at the right moment - and set up the way your farm talks.

What does U-Neac automate?

The routine customer emails go out on their own: order confirmed, a reminder before the deadline, packed and charged, card declined, back in stock, and subscription reminders. Every one is written in your words, can be edited, and can be switched off - and we set them up around how your farm runs.

How it works

What actually happens

  • Order confirmed — The moment an order lands.
  • Deadline reminder — About a day before their order locks.
  • Packed and charged — With the real weights and the exact amount.
  • Back in stock — To everyone who asked, when the item returns.
  • Subscription nudges — A heads-up before a small delivery, and a morning-of reminder.
  • Your words, your switches — Edit any email, or turn it off.

Why it matters on a real farm

The part this takes off you

Most of the messages a farm sends are the same ones every week. When they go out on their own - on time, in your voice - you get the evenings back and your customers still feel looked after.

Questions about automations

Can I change what the emails say?

Yes. Every email has its own wording you can edit, and each can be switched off.

Do customers hear when a sold-out item comes back?

Yes, if they joined its waitlist. You choose per item whether a sold-out item hides or stays visible with a "notify me" button.

What does "customized for you" mean?

We set the automations up around your farm - your deadlines, your pickup days, your wording - rather than handing you a blank list of settings.
