Set up Farm Rewards (Subscribe & …)
What it is. Farm Rewards is how your store thanks members who subscribe to an item. The reward applies to the subscription items in an order, on every order – it is the ongoing “thank you” that makes subscribing worth it. Everything is a gift; nothing is ever called a discount or coupon.
Pick one way to say thank you:
• Save a % on subscription items. • Points earned per dollar of subscription items (members spend them on items you price in points; they never expire). • Farm credit once the subscription items reach an amount you set.
The ladder (optional). For the % and points options you can reward bigger orders more – for example under $50 earns a little, over $200 earns the most – so members are nudged to round out their order. Leave a rung blank to skip it.
A free item (optional). On top of any of the above, you can add a free item once an order passes a size you choose (and a bigger one past a higher size). List up to four choices per level and the member picks the one they want – nothing is added to their basket until they choose.
Name it. You name your reward, and members always see it as “Subscribe & …” so it is clear the thank-you comes with subscribing – for example “Subscribe & Save,” “Subscribe & Earn Harvest Points,” or CWHM’s “Subscribe + Get Farm Reward.” If you turn Farm Rewards on, it takes over the old flat subscribe-and-save so there is only ever one reward on an order; turn it off and your previous 3% comes back.
