The CRM: remembering your people

Customers → CRM is your farm’s memory. Open any customer and you’ll see their whole story – orders, notes, credit, how long since they last ordered.

• Pinned facts – “gate code 4412,” “always double-bag.” These also show on Packing Day (screen only, never printed).
• Care note – a gentle team-only flag: this family is in a hard season; lead with care.
• Quick note – jot what someone says at pickup the moment it happens.
• Promises – “call about the turkeys” with a date, or tied to an item so it comes due the day that item is back in stock.

Email your customers from the CRM too: filter by pickup location, activity stage, or subscribers, untick anyone, write once – every send is remembered on each person’s timeline.
