Design your member emails

Open Emails. Each email (order received, reminder, packed, ready for pickup, card declined) has its own box you can edit. Above the boxes is a “Insert a field or block” panel: click into an email box, then click a chip and it drops in at your cursor.

Fill-in fields put the real thing in – {first_name} becomes the member’s name, {pickup_date} becomes their date, and so on. Ready-made blocks drop in a whole designed section: {packing_list_noprice} (their items grouped like the packing slip, no prices), {packing_note_alert} (your note to them, in red), {pickup_details} (the pickup box), plus buttons. Use Preview on any email to open the finished version in a new tab, built from your most recent real order.
