At the bottom of the Dashboard is your team board, in three parts. 📣 From the Farm is where you post a word for your team – encouragement, a reminder, anything they should see each time they log in. 💬 Notes to the owner lets your helpers send you a question or heads-up (you see them all; each helper sees their own). 🔒 My Private Notes are just for you.

If you’d like a trusted helper to be able to post announcements too, give them the “Post notes to the team” checkbox on the Team page. You can also choose whether a helper sees the Dashboard at all, and whether they see the revenue chart and top lists.
