Out-of-stock items are flagged on the order email

When the system builds a subscription order, any item that is out of stock at that moment is flagged, and the confirmation email highlights that line in amber with “⚠ currently out of stock.” It is a heads-up – the customer knows it may not make it into the box. This is separate from the strike-through you already see when an item is dropped at packing (“out of stock, not charged”).
