Notify members by email or text – now or later

Tick any orders on the Orders list, choose ✉ Notify selected members under Bulk actions, and you land on the compose page with everyone loaded. You can also notify a whole pickup location from the same page.

• How should it reach them? Email, text message, or both. Emails can start from your Packed or Delivered templates and stay fully editable; texts are short and sweet. {first} fills in each member’s name.
• When? Send now, or pick a day and time – a scheduled notice waits in a list below the form, where you can cancel it any time before it goes. Sent notices show a little log so you can see what went out.

Text messages switch on once your farm’s texting line is connected – reach out to us and we’ll set it up with you. Until then the page reminds you gently, and emails work as always.
