A reseller gets a personal page at yourfarm.com/r/their-name – their story, their featured items, their contact – and everyone shopping through their link is tagged to them. They earn a commission (your %) as store credit when those orders are charged.
They design their own page (headline, pictures, text), but every change waits for your approval – you see a before/after and approve or decline with a note. You set their commission, an optional surcharge, and how much markup they may add. Manage it all under Customers → Resellers.
The Register lives at yourfarm.com/pos – open it on a tablet and add it to the home screen. Three modes on the card: self-serve trust store (members log in with phone + PIN, scan or tap items, and their card on file is charged – no cash box needed), attended counter, or full store with walk-in guests.
Tick “this location has a register” on each spot that gets a tablet. Sales are real orders, counted with everything else. Card-in-hand readers are an ask-us setup when your reader arrives.
Give each vendor a profile (Packing Day → Vendor Orders): email or text, and which items are theirs. After each deadline, weekly vendors automatically receive exactly what your customers ordered, plus your buffers.
Slow suppliers – the jar place, the monthly butcher – get a rhythm instead: every 2 or 4 weeks, ordered by usage (what actually sold since last time, minus what’s on hand, plus standing quantities), rounded up to full cases, sent as a proper purchase order. Tick auto-receive and the delivered quantities add themselves to your inventory after the lag you set – back-in-stock notices fire on their own.
The Integrations card (off until you want it) opens two doors:
A live two-way QuickBooks connection is possible as a custom setup – ask us. For most farms the export does the same job with less to break.
The Subscriptions card chooses which rhythms you offer – weekly, every 2, 4, or 8 weeks. Customers subscribe from the cart, or tick Subscribe & Save right at checkout; each cycle, their order creates and confirms itself ahead of your deadline and they get a heads-up email with time to adjust.
Set a Subscribe & Save % on the card if you like – the discount is recalculated from the real weighed totals just before each charge, honest to the penny. Customers pause, skip, change, or cancel themselves under My Account.
Referrals: members share a personal link; when a friend joins and their orders are charged, the sharer earns credit spread over the friend’s first orders (you set the amount and how many), plus an optional welcome gift for the friend. Rewards only flow on real charged orders.
Ordering for a Friend: a member marks items in their own order “for Jake” – packed together, labeled FOR JAKE on the slip, paid by the buyer. New friends confirm their email (which unlocks the buyer’s thank-you credit) and land gently on your leads list.
